Using your ring finger — the weakest finger, as the periorbital tissue requires the lightest touch — apply a micro-amount along the orbital bone from outer to inner corner. Do not apply directly to the eyelid or within 3mm of the lash line. AM and PM. The results are cumulative; consistency is the protocol.
